Registration

When to register

You can register right now by phoning, emailing or visiting the studio.

You may also register at any time during the term, provided that there is still space or enough participants to run the class that you would like to attend. Specific registration times are held at the beginning of each term to establish class availability. Please see this website or stop by the studio to confirm these times.

How to register

You may register by filling out a registration form provided on the website and mailing it to the following address along with the Fee:

or pick one up at the studio and bring it in with the appropriate fee before or on the day of the first class (see Fees). You may also phone or email to register.

Cancellation policies:
If, for any reason, I need to cancel a class, a suitable make-up class will be offered. If this is not possible or is unsuitable for you, a credit or refund will be offered. If you and your child miss a class, you may attend another class, class availability and space permitting. If an age-group is canceled for that term due to insufficient registration, a full refund will be issued.

Early withdrawal: in order not to disappoint potential participants, an administration fee of 15% of the program fee will be charged should you withdraw seven days or less before a Term begins. You may receive a credit on account or a refund subject to a reduction by the amount of the administration fee. If 3 weeks or less of the program has passed, a prorated refund or credit on account will be offered, less the established administration fee. If 4 weeks or more of the program has passed, no refund or credit on account will be offered.
